3．In no event M2Smart Project will be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of this service including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on visitors’ information processing systems or otherwise, even if we are expressly informed of the possibility of such damages.

4．Though we will try to ensure seamless service by the auto, the M2Smart project is not liable for any delay that occurs in the arrival of the auto requested by the participant.
