Overview In this thesis, we collected big data of about 1.7 million points (10 locations × 60 minutes × 24 hours × 30 days × 2 months × 2 parameters) in India Ahmedabad City and analyzed the limit speed to shift to congestion. As a result, it is clarified that when the average speed vs. free running speed (the speed not affected by any other traffic) is 0.65 or less, it shifts to the congestion mode and the average flow speed of the viscous fluid model between parallel plates to the maximum flow speed The result is similar to 2/3 (= 0.66).
